We encourage Information technology companies to participate in TASSCC by joining as Associate Members. Membership is required in order to attend or sponsor TASSCC conferences. Associate Members are encouraged to attend monthly TASSCC Advisory Board/Associate Member Luncheon meetings and to volunteer for association committees.
The TASSCC Advisory Board (TAB) is a group of leading technology companies who provide advice and support to the association and the TASSCC Board. The TAB consists of thirteen elected representatives from the associate membership who serve three-year terms. TAB members are expected to regularly attend monthly meetings and serve on association committees.
TASSCC Advisory Board Elections
TAB Election applications are now closed. Results will be announced after the Associate Member Lunch on Friday, August 18.
TAB elections are done based on the following criteria:
- Attendance of Monthly Lunch Meetings
- Sponsorship of 2 out of 3 TASSCC Conferences (any level)
- Participation / Involvement – Committees, help at conferences, Community Service, etc.
Membership is COMPANY, not INDIVIDUAL.
The TAB strives to have minimally two HUB companies. Currently we have two: SHI Government Solutions and Neos. You can view the current TAB roster HERE.
TAB elections for three-year term will be held on August 18. There will be four positions available. Three companies are eligible to apply for re-election (Gartner, NIC, and Northrop Grumman), and Sense Corp is ending their second term. Officer elections will be held in September with the new TAB.
Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, August 15.
If you have questions, please contact Dominica Council or Erin Hutchins.
For additional information on the TASSCC Advisory Board, please review the TAB Bylaws.
TAB applications are reviewed annually on a space-available basis.
TAB business meetings are normally scheduled on the third Friday of the month. Meeting time is 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The Associate Member luncheon is held immediately following the business meeting. Each Associate Member is welcome to send a representative to the luncheon.
